• Use Azcento to send spam, fraudulent, or misleading communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within Azcento, including:

You grant Azcento permission to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Azcento includes AI-powered features to assist with drafting content, automation, and business workflows.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing all emails, quotes, invoices, messages, and other content before sending or publishing.

Azcento may connect with third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and other providers.

Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Azcento is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Paid subscriptions are billed in accordance with the plan you select.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.

Transaction fees for payment processing may apply where disclosed.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azcento is not liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Azcento during the previous 12 months.

You may stop using Azcento at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Service or misuse the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of Azcento after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Azcento operates.
